These terms describe how merchants and staff may use Boss App and what responsibilities apply when using the service.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Boss App, you agree to these Terms of Usage. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of Service

Boss App provides business management tools for merchants, including stock management, sales records, expenses, staff access, reports, receipts, reminders, and related support features. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete registration information, including business details and valid contact information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account or staff accounts.

Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of product, price, sale, expense, customer, tax, payment, staff, and communication records entered into Boss App. Merchants must obtain any required customer consent before sending messages or storing customer contact details.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some Boss App features may require a subscription or paid package. Fees, package limits, renewal dates, and access restrictions may vary by plan. Failure to renew a paid package may limit access to selected features.

Data Ownership

Merchants retain ownership of the business data they enter into Boss App. Boss App may process that data to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

Prohibited Use

You must not use Boss App for fraud, spam, illegal sales, harassment, unauthorized access, abuse of communication channels, or any activity that violates applicable law, WhatsApp policies, Meta policies, or the rights of another person or business.

Service Availability

We work to keep Boss App reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued as we improve the app or comply with technical, legal, or platform requirements.

Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates risk, or misuses the service. You may stop using Boss App or request account deletion at any time by contacting support.
